ALABAMA

We did a project about Alabama in Art class.The students could see a power-point where the conversation auxiliar explained them things about her country. After this, the students made Alabama´s flag, camellias, yellowhammers, Alabama´s map using wáter colors and they colored a skyline of Alabama´s biggest city, Birminghan.

SPRING 2016

SPRING

We worked activities related to the spring. The students made butterflies with their hands painted and they made tulips using forks. The students enjoyed painting their partner´s hands. They made flowers with colored papers: daisies and tulips. They made ladybirds using egg cartons. They colored and cut butterflies to glue in another mural. These activities were done from first to sxth grade.

EASTER 2016

EASTER

We made some activities about Easter. The students made an Easter egg tree, they cut up a potato and made Easter egg stamps, they dyed Easter eggs because it is an Easter tradition in United States, they prepared hanging eggs and a big Easter egg.
